Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver attentive guest service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will answer inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, effective communication, and the ability to multitask and follow policies on cash handling, rates, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• College coursework helpful; a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
• Must adhere to cash handling, rate quotes, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant, transportation, and entertainment inquiries.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and support shift tasks.
