Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing procedures, and same-day reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
• Issue room keys and provide directions to rooms.
• Answer the phone per company standards.
• Offer recommendations for local entertainment and dining.
