Job summary

Rosen Inn International in Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet and register guests, provide information on hotel amenities, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out. You will handle guest accounts and assist with same-day reservations, keeping accurate records and payments.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience and familiarity with hotel management systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems or reservation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing procedures, and same-day reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
• Issue room keys and room location directions.
• Answer the phone in compliance with company standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area to make entertainment and dining suggestions to guests.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
