Responsibilities include inquiries, scheduling appointments, and upholding Rosen standards with attention to detail and conflict-management skills.

Key duties include greeting guests, providing information on spa and hotel services, handling calls and emails, and processing payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and members warmly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding health club services and offerings.
• Schedule appointments for spa treatments and other services.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist as a Gift Shoppe Attendant, helping guests with purchases and merchandise inquiries, as needed.
• Perform duties as a Locker Attendant, ensuring guest belongings are properly secured and accessible, as needed.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
