Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Proficient in computer systems and front desk operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area; assist with reservations and phone calls.
