Job summary

RRI West is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Representative for our Red Roof Inn property in Nashville. This part-time position requires weekend and holiday availability and involves guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, reliable attendance, and strong communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience and smooth operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with stay, including check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Work with hotel management and team to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use front desk computer system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with housekeeping about room availability and guest needs.
