Job summary

RRI West is hiring Full-Time Housekeepers in Nashville to create a clean, comfortable environment for guests. The role requires weekend and holiday work, a reliable work ethic, and a focus on detail while maintaining brand standards.

You will join a supportive team at Red Roof Plus+ Nashville Airport, contributing to a welcoming guest experience through diligent housekeeping, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holiday.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and ensure the quality and brand standards are met.
• Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Starting Pay: Starting at $16.00/ hour depending on experience.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.
