Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will lead a team of 15–40 Service Valets, manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relations, and ensure safety and service quality on a nightly basis.

This role requires strong supervisory experience, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication. A driver''s license is required for vehicle operation, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervising a team in a hands-on environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets.
• Ability to use data and reports to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets for waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Coach team with safety checks and regular meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budget.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and timely completion.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet safety.
