This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, attention to safety, and the ability to manage dock activities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation env.
• Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and trailer anatomy.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading dock activities to support daily priorities.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow in alignment with safety standards.
• Maintain strong customer service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply 7S workplace standards to dock and yard organization.
