GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00pm-6:30am) in Omaha, NE. You will lead dock activities, coordinate trailer movements, and uphold safety standards while partnering with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced setting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to process guidelines and 7S workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation-related environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication skills for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.

Responsabilités

• Champion operation safety and support dock-related equipment as required.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and trailer movements to support daily priorities.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow with knowledge of trailer anatomy and fleet safety standards.
• Monitor dock conditions and apply stop-work authority when unsafe conditions arise.
