This hands-on leadership role partners with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to execute daily dock tasks with accountability and strong service standards. The role requires comfort outdoors in all weather, ability to multitask, and a focus on process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Ability to follow safety standards and escalation procedures.
• Strong communication for daily customer-facing and cross-functional interactions.
