Qualifications

• 3-5 years dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• DOT drug testing/physical requirement per policy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and schedule road service by tracking performance.
• Respond to questions and concerns regarding trips (no shows, cancellations).
• Manage emergencies for operators and liaise with emergency services.
• Review route performance and respond to service-impacting situations.
• Nights/Overnight Schedule.
