Responsibilities

• Respond to every new breakdown with urgency.
• Collect complete and accurate information for each dispatch.
• Coordinate the appropriate mobile technician.
• Keep drivers and customers informed of status.
• Track every job from dispatch through completion.
• Support technicians with necessary details and forms.
• Identify stalled jobs and take immediate action.
• Escalate serious issues appropriately.
• Verify documentation before closing a call.
• Keep the morning team informed on current status.
