Job summary

This on-site role supports drivers, technicians, and customers through rapid information gathering and decisive action. Schedule: Third Shift, 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Location: On-site in Winthrop Harbor, IL.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every new breakdown with urgency (as part of the mission).
• Collect complete and accurate information for each case.
• Coordinate the appropriate mobile technician to the site.
• Keep drivers and customers informed throughout the process.
• Track every job from dispatch through completion.
• Support technicians with necessary details, forms and requirements.
• Identify stalled jobs and take immediate action.
• Escalate serious issues appropriately.
• Verify documentation before closing a call.
• Inform the morning team of current status and actions taken.

YOUR MISSION
