North American Transportation Management Institute is seeking an Operations supervisor for Delivery to oversee daily activities, ensure safety, and compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations. You will manage staff, schedules, and performance in a night shift context, with flexibility for longer hours as needed.

You will coordinate with Sales and Marketing to address customer delivery issues, monitor productivity, and enforce company policies while maintaining strong associate relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises delivery staff and daily work with focus on safety and SOP adherence.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and budgeted consumables; schedules shifts.
• Co-ordinates with Sales/Marketing to resolve customer delivery issues.
• Conducts safety trainings, inspections and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains communications with associates and visits customer locations.
