Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking an Overnight Resident Relations Specialist for our luxury high-rise Lumina in San Francisco. You’ll be the first contact, delivering warm, attentive service during the 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shift, Saturday to Wednesday, ensuring seamless front-desk operations and exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Polished and professional appearance.
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Action Property Management with 5-star service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
• Provide concierge services and assist residents and guests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; receive and distribute resident parcels.
• Address resident and guest questions and demonstrate understanding of governing documents.
