Action Property Management, Inc. seeks an Overnight Resident Relations Specialist at the Lumina luxury high-rise in San Francisco.

You will act as the first point of contact, delivering warm, attentive service and resolving inquiries after hours to enhance resident satisfaction. You will handle front desk operations, assist residents and guests, manage access control, and provide concierge services from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday through Wednesday, with hourly pay of $24.00–$25.00.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience preferred.
• Hospitality Management students or recent graduates highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control; provide concierge services.
• Complete Daily Activity Report and manage resident parcels; address resident and guest concerns.
