Job summary

Related Management Company is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and guests with polished, warm service and a professional presence. The role requires scheduling from Thursday to Monday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, in a fast-paced luxury property environment in New York.

You will manage deliveries, assist with tours, monitor access and security, maintain a welcoming lobby, and support events while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury properties is a plus.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office tools).
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Announce visitors and manage deliveries with care.
• Keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting.
• Support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence.
• Monitor building camera systems and logs.
• Log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools.
• Manage visitor logs and help maintain accurate resident preferences.
• Follow emergency procedures and stay calm under pressure.
