Job summary

Singh Management Co., Llc is seeking a Full-Time Concierge for the 3rd shift (11p-7a), Sunday through Thursday, to greet residents and visitors and provide administrative support.

Contributors will handle calls, assist with day-to-day inquiries, and uphold safety procedures, helping maintain a welcoming, efficient community environment. Strong communication and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service and clerical experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Answer internal/external telephone calls promptly and professionally; gather information and route as needed.
• Apply safety, security, and emergency procedures to ensure well-being of residents and staff; monitor access.
• Become familiar with all residents and communicate positively with them daily.
• Update resident roster daily; collect daily charges and respond to questions.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Department Heads and managers as directed.
• Keep front desk organized, neat, and clean and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
