Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Salty Processing Operator in Hanover, PA on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sun–Thu). You will safely operate processing equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure continuous product flow to packaging lines.

You will follow batch sheets, adjust formulations, assist with maintenance, and uphold GMPs and sanitation. Starting pay is $22.50/hour with a $2.00 shift differential, with overtime as needed.

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and food processing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Ability to follow batch sheets, recipes, production schedules, and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Operate processing equipment to meet QA standards and specs.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temp, moisture, and product consistency.
• Monitor product flow and remove out-of-spec material.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and minor maintenance activities.
• Follow batch sheets and production instructions with accurate logs.
• Support sanitation, waste disposal, and 5S initiatives.
• Move raw materials using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
