Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance for the 3rd shift at our Ontario bakery. You will maintain and repair production equipment, ensuring safety, sanitation, and continuous operation for a fast-paced bakery environment.

Role requires 4–7 years of industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/PLC troubleshooting, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. Shift is 10:00 PM–6:30 AM with a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday schedule and paid health benefits and retirement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
4–7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills; SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair bakery equipment to support uninterrupted production.
Inspect equipment and facility systems for safe, reliable operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues to minimize downtime.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Ensure GMP, HACCP, allergen control, safety, and sanitation compliance.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment and food safety concerns.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
