Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Ontario, CA is seeking a Lead, Bakery Maintenance (3rd Shift) to join our team. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and lead maintenance technicians to keep equipment and facilities ready for daily production, while promoting safe, food-safe operations.

This role requires hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems, plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and respond to equipment issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient operations during assigned shift.
• Maintain facility equipment and systems in a state of operational readiness to support production goals.
• Inspect, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Promote compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, allergen, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
• Foster communication and collaboration between maintenance and production teams to address equipment and food safety concerns.
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and required documentation.
