Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance - 1st Shift for our Ontario bakery. You will maintain and troubleshoot bakery production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations and uptime, while supporting GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards.

You should have a high school diploma and 4+ years of industrial maintenance, with experience in PLCs, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and SAP. Shift: 1st, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM; hourly rate: $33.00–$40.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bakery production equipment to support reliable operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment issues.
• Inspect equipment and facility systems to identify preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, allergen control, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment and food safety concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
