Aspire Bakeries Newark, CA is hiring a Tech 2, Bakery Maintenance - 2nd Shift to support 1pm-9:30pm operations. You will fabricate, repair, and maintain bakery equipment and facilities to ensure safe, reliable production. Wages range $35.00-$39.00 per hour with overtime possibilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years electrical experience, and a technical certificate in HVAC/refrigeration/mechanical/electrical/plumbing repair. SAP EAM experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing repair preferred.
• Experience in maintenance with reading blueprints and IPC/NP charts helpful.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate and assemble stainless-steel components using MIG/TIG welding per drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls on bakery equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, 3‑phase equipment and lighting controls.
• Maintain bakery facilities through building repairs, painting, roofing, carpentry, and lighting.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP EAM and maintain records per company policy.
• Adhere to FDA, GMP, OSHA, HACCP, sanitation standards and safety programs.
