Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance for the 1st shift at the Ontario bakery. You will maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous operation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, PLC experience, and at least 4 years in industrial maintenance. Weekly hours are 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with potential weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bakery production equipment to support reliable operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment issues.
• Inspect equipment and facility systems to identify preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen control, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment and food safety concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
