Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance for the Ontario bakery on 3rd shift. You will maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operations, safety, and quality across the facility.

Ideal candidates have 4-7 years in industrial maintenance, strong PLC/electrical skills, and experience with SAP and MS Office. Lifting and fast-paced bakery work are required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks around equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery production environment with exposure to heat, noise, and food ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bakery equipment to support uninterrupted production.
• Inspect equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen control, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Partner with production and quality teams to resolve equipment and food safety concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
