White Lodging is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team. This full-time overnight role focuses on balance reports, nightly audits, and exceptional guest service while the world sleeps.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience or a readiness to learn, with strong communications and meticulous attention to detail essential for accuracy and security of guest data.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right attitude and detail-orientation.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service during overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balance reports and nightly audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business, including card reconciliation and cash handling.
• Follow hotel financial procedures and audit standards and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
