White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team.

This full-time overnight role emphasizes balance of hotel transactions, nightly audit reports, and exceptional guest service while others sleep. The successful candidate will perform end-of-night financial summaries, reconcile daily activity, and maintain data security, in a guest-facing environment that values accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and guest services skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate nightly audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary overnight front desk contact for guests and handle check-in/out.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and reconcile credit cards nightly.
• Run and interpret nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries.
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios to management when needed.
• Protect guest information and hotel data security during shifts.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
