White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team. This full-time overnight role emphasizes accuracy, guest service, and balance of hotel transactions, with nightly audit reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to operate independently overnight, and capable of handling check-in/check-out, cash handling, and financial summaries while maintaining top-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel night audit or front desk experience preferred; training available.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Detail-oriented with accurate reporting.
• Able to stand for long periods and work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for guests during overnight hours.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions; nightly audit.
• Follow cash, credit, and accounting procedures.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries.
• Explain hotel reports and folios to management.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest data.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
