White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. The role involves handling front desk functions, balancing transactions, and performing audits to ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and customer service skills, with a willingness to work long nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at front desk functions.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily (credit cards, cash, change funds).
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Read and explain standard reports, folios, and procedures.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest/hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
