Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditing experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong guest service focus with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Excellent communication and a keen eye for balanced nightly reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overnight contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and reconcile cash during nightly audits.
• Follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
