White Lodging is hiring a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team. This full-time overnight role requires focus, balance, and guest-focused service as you balance transactions and run nightly audits.

The ideal candidate has hotel front desk or night audit experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset. We offer growth opportunities and a path for advancement across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Sharp attention to balance reports and accuracy.
• Willingness to work overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and requests during overnight hours.
• Balance transactions and reconcile credit cards at close.
• Prepare end-of-night financial summaries for hotel management.
• Explain hotel reports and ensure security of guest data.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Follow cash-handling and accounting procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
