Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred; training available.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Detail-oriented with accurate balance reporting.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Follows cash-handling and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out overnight.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of day.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and cash handling.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare financial summaries.
• Interpret hotel reports and folios accurately.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
