Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and run nightly audit reports.
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per standards.
• Prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management.
• Explain hotel reports and guest folios clearly.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
