Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor for full-time overnight duties at our hotel front desk and accounting team. You will handle check-in/out, balance transactions, and run nightly audit reports while delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours.

Applicants with prior hotel night audit or front desk experience are preferred, but we will train the right candidate who demonstrates attention to detail and strong communication skills for a seamless night audit process.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or night audit is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated ability to balance hotel transactions and reconcile revenues.
• Excellent guest-service mindset with calm, professional demeanor during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary overnight contact for guests, handling check-in/out and requests.
• Balance transactions and run nightly audit reports; prepare end-of-night summaries.
• Follow hotel accounting procedures and protect guest information and confidentiality.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy; maintain security of data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
