Sonesta Nashville Airport is seeking a Night Auditor to balance all hotel income and expenses for the overnight period and to serve as a Guest Service Agent at the front desk. The role emphasizes accuracy in daily revenue reporting and proficiency with Opera and SynXis systems.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve discrepancies, assist with reservations, and support guests during night hours. A strong emphasis on customer service and security is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera systems and cash-handling procedures an asset.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and management packs.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures and prepare deposits.
• Upsell rooms and manage reservations as needed.
• Maintain security and assist Operations Manager in resolving discrepancies.
