Job summary

Modus Hotels in Nashville, TN is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team for an overnight role balancing guest services with accounting. You’ll close the day accurately, balancing the cash drawer and daily revenues while assisting guests with requests.

You will input revenue/expenses into the front office system and handle check-ins/outs, room moves, and late checkouts. A degree or relevant experience is required; strong computer skills and a people‑oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6–12 months of related experience.
• Must be able to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Good computer skills and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits and reconcile daily activity.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into front office system to generate daily reports.
• Handle check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
