Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour period and to serve as the overnight front desk Guest Service Agent. The role includes acting as the hotel system liaison, opening tickets with Opera, SynXis, or support when issues arise, and maintaining accuracy in daily revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel experience preferred.
• Fluent English reading/writing; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room, F&B, and telephone revenues; prepare daily revenue reports.
• Balance room tax charges, cashier reports, and guest house accounts.
• Transmit daily management reports with supporting documentation; assist in GM reporting packs.
• Set up breakfast service, assist with laundry operations, and support front desk functions.
• Register guests, issue keys, answer phones, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
