You will input revenue and expenses into the front office system, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to guest inquiries while working with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6–12 months related experience.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel front desk operations.
• People-oriented and able to interact politely with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconciling cards.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Handle check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves, late checkouts, and guest requests.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.
