Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time overnight role in Nashville. The position covers 11 PM–7 AM, 2–3 nights per week, with open availability including weekends. You will greet guests, balance daily transactions, and compile the Daily Flash Report to keep management informed.

We’re looking for a detail-focused hotel professional who can collaborate with other departments, ensure security, and provide friendly, efficient service while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins.
• Balance the books and finalize transactions.
• Regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, Excel, and Word to resolve issues as needed.
