Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to work the overnight shift at the front desk, ensuring operational integrity and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include balancing day shift accounts, handling check-ins/outs, upselling opportunities, and maintaining security measures.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and computer skills, with an evening/night schedule and ability to work independently on shift.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, but will often work independently on shift.

Responsabilidades

• Balancing the accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activity and handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify I.D. and payment method.
• Register guests with necessary information (contact details, stay dates).
• Schedule wake-up calls and respond to guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Create invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractors.
