Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team for the overnight shift. You will balance day-end accounts, welcome guests, and handle check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office equipment. You will collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth night operation.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Familiarity with computers and standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Balancing the accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activity and guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with accurate details and dates of stay.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create invoices, bills, and checks for vendors and staff.
• Maintain and update all role-related documents.
• Ensure end-of-day activities are completed successfully.
• Answer inquiries about bookings, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready at check-in and vacated by check-out time.
• Manage group reservations and arrange personalized experiences.
