Ascent Hospitality invites applications for a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You will oversee night operations, balance daily revenue, manage guest check-ins/check-outs, and provide exceptional service to guests and groups.

A strong communicator with basic computer skills is essential to ensure accuracy and security of nightly transactions. Experience at the front desk is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable with hotel software, punctuality, and a professional appearance.

Formación

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication in English.
• Comfort with basic computer operations and hotel software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overnight shifts and maintain alertness.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Balance the day shift accounts.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk check-ins and check-outs.
• Verify IDs and payment methods.
• Register guest information and stay details.
• Schedule wake-up calls and fulfill guest requests.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints.
• Create invoices and process guest charges.
• Maintain and update all front desk records.
• Ensure end-of-day closing procedures are completed.
