Wright Investments, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and expenses while delivering exceptional guest service in a professional, friendly manner.

The role may also serve as manager-on-duty during the overnight shift to ensure smooth front office operations. The successful candidate will post charges, review master accounts, prepare daily revenue summaries, and handle end-of-day procedures.

Qualifikationen

• One year of related guest service or night audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and active listening.
• Ability to operate a variety of computer applications.

Aufgaben

• Post charges and transactions to guest accounts.
• Maintain and transfer charges/deposits to master accounts.
• Investigate and correct out-of-balance situations.
• Prepare daily revenue summaries and reports.
• Run end-of-day procedures and prep systems for next day.
• Serve as night manager-on-duty and complete the MOD report.
• Assist guests with check-in/out and rate inquiries.
• Resolve complaints using the Guest Service Recovery method.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and deposits.
• Maintain security awareness and notify supervisors of risks.
• Keep areas clean and safe.
• Perform additional duties as required.
