Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Night Auditor to join the hotel front desk and accounting team for a full-time overnight role. You will balance transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service while guests are asleep.

Responsibilities include check-in/out support, cash/credit reconciliation, and maintaining accuracy in nightly summaries while upholding security of guest information.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred; training provided.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reports.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours — assisting guests with check-in/out and requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business and reconcile cash/credit card activity.
• Follow hotel procedures for credit, cash handling, and reporting according to standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management review.
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios; maintain security and confidentiality of guest data.
