You'll welcome guests, handle late check-ins, verify information, run daily revenue reports, balance charges, and close the day in the PMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
• Comfort with numbers and basic accounting practices.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight guest service, including late check-ins/outs.
• Perform nightly financial reconciliation and postings.
• Balance ledgers, run reports, and close the day in PMS.
• Monitor security and complete shift notes for handoff.
