Qualifications

• Hospitality or front desk experience preferred, training available for right candidate.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• High accuracy in balancing reports and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary overnight contact for guests with check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and run nightly audit
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures
• Run and interpret nightly audit reports and end-of-night summaries
• Explain standard hotel reports and guest folios to management
• Ensure guest information is secure and confidential
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Perform other duties as assigned
