Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and prepare daily reports. You will handle guest service tasks, check guests in/out, and respond to inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.

Position requires night shift availability, basic accounting, and computer skills; FSD certification is a plus within 90 days. Medical and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge, Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
