Job summary

HHM Hospitality in New York is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and reset systems for the next day’s operations while assisting Guest Service Agent duties.

This role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, strong Excel and arithmetic skills, and the potential for growth into front office roles; FSD certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or accounting training is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and arithmetic skills is required.
• FSD certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts nightly and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input financial data into BRAINS network and assist GSA tasks.
• Check guests in/out and respond to guest inquiries.
• Strive for high guest satisfaction and safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
