Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and reset systems for the next day’s operations. You will support front desk duties, maintain guest accounts, and prepare daily financial reports.

The role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, strong computer and Excel skills, and a willingness to handle guest inquiries while contributing to guest satisfaction. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Night audit or accounting experience required.
• Computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Promote guest satisfaction and support departmental goals.
